The team at Sigma is on point! They work together so seamlessly that even if my superstar contact Jessica isn't available to provide assistance immediately, someone else will jump in to help. They have great ideas for promotional items and take the time to know me and my business well enough that they can proactively give me ideas on what they have that would work for well for me. There are rarely any issues with product receipt but if there ever are, they are resolved swiftly and completely. Jessica saves me so much time having to research what I am looking for myself as she quickly brings me multiple options to choose from based on the little information I give to her to go on. I definitely recommend this team.
