No one wearing masks here! I understand that employees really can’t control customers but your own employees should really be wearing one, especially when the sign outlining the bylaw is literally posted on the plexiglass shield right in front of them. The attendant when I was there (Aug 19 approx 12:30pm) was only wearing a face shield.

Worst cashier(hanny) don’t know how to talk with customers. We must complain about them to the shell. Was really rude and unprofessional.

The 5 stars is for the car wash. This is the best touchless wash Ive ever been to. It gets my car cleaner than some of the hand washes I've been two for two to three times the price. I don't even live in Aurora anymore but when I happened to be there travelling up from Toronto and make sure to stop in, cuz it is very worth the value. I'm not sure what it is they're doing with this particular wash that makes it different, but you'll notice the difference from a regular touchless wash.

Rude service. The guy let’s you sit out at the pump with it turned off for minutes at a time before he bothers to turn it on. Also he shut off the car wash once after I had keyed in my number so that he could go home. I had to chase him down to get my wash. Im addition the air pump never works. The tap doesn’t wok on it and the nozzle needs to be changed.
