I've been coming to north york plumbing and heating for years because they are great. Today they went above and beyond. I brought them a shower cartridge that needed replacing. I have some experience with these things but have never seen the one that had been installed. The owner had a look at the part and had not seen it either before. After a short look he found the part in the back. I was very pleased and was happy with the outcome. That's when he said that he would cover the part after I told him it was about 10 years old. He said he would cover it and try to make the company pay through a warranty. As always, they are friendly and knowledgeable and go beyond what is expected.
