Went in for a small seatbelt fix. Walked right up to the Service counter (no line) and talked to a nice gentleman. I was told the wait for a ride home would be 30 min. So I sat in the lounge area to wait. I wasn't there for long when I was asked if I would like a ride home now instead of waiting. Bonus! As it happens, the Owner drove me home. I was impressed with the service.
The team at McAlpine always work hard to ensure my needs are met. I recently purchased a new vehicle and overall, the experience was fantastic. I fully intend for this to be a long term relationship!

Excellent service, always consistent. I'm very happy I switched dealers, worth the further distance. This dealership appears to be very ethical and honest and it's nice to know you could let staff and advisors make proposals knowing you don't have to fact check everything.
