My physiotherapist Sumya was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in strengthening my muscles and improving my posture. I liked that she explained the science behind the exercises to allow me to better understand how to strengthen my body. The reception lady was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

I went to see Kevin Honsberger to help me regain some range of motion in my arms after having had a bilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer. I was pleasantly surprised to see how integrated his approach was to healing the body. He did a quick postural assessment, released an area in my outer quad, and suddenly, I was able to move my arm with much more ease! He also uses the concept of re-aligning and re-balancing the body in order to allow yourself to remove physical stressors, and help you enter into a state of healing. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing to feel better, stronger, and healthier.

I took my son to Honsberger physio this year because he started playing hockey. I know how bad concussions can be, so we took the preventative measures and brought him in for baseline concussion testing. Chris was awesome with my little guy, patient and kind while my rambunctious boy ran around doing all the tests. I was worried how they would be able to do a test for an 8 year old but they have different levels all geared to different ages. It really puts my mind at ease knowing that if a head injury were to occur, he will have a better assessment and therefor better treatment. Thank you Honsberger!
