Finally made it in for the first time. Was greeted by the friendly girl at the front, who was bubbly and was very welcoming when I said it was my first time in the store. The store is very clean and organized. Actually left with quite a bit, I surprised myself. Prices actually aren't too bad if your used to shopping for organic, BPA free, gluten free etc type of products. The guy that was working in the food part has such amazing patience. He got stuck helping a horrible, rude ignorant woman. But he remained so pleasant to her. I will definitely be back again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They don't mind spending enough time to explain things to you and take you to the location of the item. They seem to have good knowledge about their products I am not sure if the information they have are accurate enough but I went with what they recommended, I'm hoping no future side effects. They are lacking hand sanitizer stations. The bags they have are environmentally friendly and biodegradable!!!! Cons: - They do not have WiFi so we can google their products and do some research. - No hand sanitizer stations. - couldn't find washroom. - Floor was a bit filthy, you can see in the pictures. - Prices are ok but a bit higher than average for many products. Overall, I enjoy my shopping there but have to spend over 100 every time I walk in there .

Honestly this place should not survive. They are continuously out of stock and if you are lucky enough to find what you need the staff are horrible. They are rude, highly reluctant to help customers in any way. They have ignoring their customers down to a science. The place is usually quite empty which is for a good reason. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Nature's Emporium in Newmarket!

I liked this store a lot for vitamins, but I won't go back since the business is spreading harmful misinformation and bogus anti-vax propaganda. (Dec. 31, 2019) If somebody's concerned about vaccinating, they should speak with a licensed pediatrician or family Dr. There's a good health store at Yonge & Dunning.
