I've been going here now for over a year and have been extremely happy with the work and staff. The shop is equipped to handle small jobs all the way up to full engine rebuilds and engine tuning. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially when it comes to specialty performance vehicles. They've always gone above and beyond to ensure the work is done right. Highly recommended!

Amazing Experience. I don't normally review places unless I had a horrible experience. but In this case, I had to write a great review for probably the best experience I had at a mechanic shop. I drove 2 hours from Kitchener To New market to get a Walnut Blast for my 2006 Lexus Is250 . Justin (The owner) was amazing. Offered a ride to the mall while the car is being serviced. Took Pictures of the before and After and followed up with myself after a fluke of an engine light came on for few days. Genuine, Honest, Smart and dedicated. I wish his shop is located where I live.Will always consider him for large jobs in the future. I uploaded some pictures of his work.I highly recommend this shop. Thumbs up

Had to replace the cracked exhaust manifold on my beloved 2014 Evo X MR. I figured I would get them to replace the downpipe as well since I know the job is a bit brutal. I get the car back making 55whp. There is no boost. Justin asks me to bring it in to check it out. Next day I get a huge apology message, with pic of the lock washer that was lodged into the exhaust side of the turbo. He ships it to TPC to get a rebuild, they send it back and the turbo has an issue still so he sends it back. Justin put the turbo back in, test drives it, tells me to pick it up. I PAID half of the rebuild cost of 280 because I wanted to be in good faith and appreciated Justins honestly. I drive it home Friday, was gentle on it but it seemed to be making boost. It sits in my driveway until Sunday, I decide to go out and take some data logs. Car stalls, low oil pressure light comes on so I pull over, check the oil, good level, so I turn around and get back home. Checked the engine codes, got P1100 and P1400, which are sensors in crank housing and manifold. I get it towed back to Definitive last night and I get a message this morning with a picture of my oil filters seal blown out the side and oil just pissing down it. I have no oil in my driveway, oil level was fine. The fact is, Definitive is the last to touch it. Now, I'm in a dispute and have to take this to court, all because two inexperienced mechanics at Definitive Tuning touched my car that was absolutely perfect when I brought it in. 2400 in parts, 1080 in labor, now I'm in the hole for a new block, at least the bottom end.

Found these guys on google. I picked up a 2015 wrx with 150k on it and wanted to get walnut blasting done. Called them up, Justin was extremely helpful and was able to book the next day. They have an impressive facility and after meeting the other partner Mike at the shop, you can tell these guys are car enthusiasts. Dropped of my car and Justin even had an uber for me to go to the gym to kill some time while.they worked on my car. The results of the walnut blasting was night and day especially with my car. I had no service records so I had no idea what had been done to it. They did a once over and said everything was in order. Perhaps an overall service would be the next best thing to do. Anyway the throttle response was way better and it pulled r stronger. Definitely worth the service. Also got rid of the burbling during cold starts. Definitely recommend these guys!!!
