Clean, courteous, great customer service and dependable. They also have a straightforward loyalty program that really does add up and makes it easy to save. They no longer offer Airmiles however but that may change to Aeroplan in the future according to the staff there. Here's hoping it does!

I am very disappointed with their service. I brought a blanket to be cleaned and they did not clean it properly. I told them and they sent it back to be cleaned again and they charged me for the second cleaning even though they did not do their job properly the first time. They should offer to clean it again for free if they did not do it well the first time. There are so many other dry cleaners in the area, they should work on their customer service if they want people to go back.
Excellent service. Quick turnaround. Thoughtful staff. My wife recently took in an outfit for dry cleaning; Dave told her she could machine wash it at home and save the money. Impressive. Drop box for after hours adds to the convenience of their service.
