The service here was amazing. Tom was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Servers were extremely efficient and polite. Overall a great experience for our visit at this location. Definitely recommending to friends and coming here again!

We really like it here. Always had great service. The servers are fun, welcoming and friendly. The food is good quality and plenty of it. Definetly enjoy the food, atmosphere and service.
TERRIBLE. Called 1.5 hours away and told they don’t make reservations. Arrived and then got put on 1.5 hour reservation. Cocktail menu is fake, they don’t have enough staff to make drinks(3 servers for 4 tables). Only serve wine and beer apparently. Asked for salt&pepper, first waiter didn’t know if they had any. 30 mins later we got some. Menu is shorter than the name of the establishment with no reduction in cost. Asked for the bill which came with 10% extra charge for the workers in the back. Wasn’t going to tip but somehow they got the 10%. What a disappointment. Don’t waste your time and money.
This spot is the one I always prefer. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The crew is very receptive and the cooking they cook is so yummy. I never decline to have a good dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
I have been here multiple times and every time the customer service was outstanding, the place was clean, and the food was great. Definitely can recommend this place

Currently open during red level of York Region's public mandate. First come first serve and 10 person limit indoors. I can't speak more highly of Chakos in Aurora. Their food and sushi taste fresh and their staff is very accommodating and always makes sure to check on you. This is easily the best Chako location in the GTA. I hope the ownership the best in these difficult times.
