Aurora Overhead Door was by far the easiest decision we made while building our custom home. They came highly recommended by my parents and my grandparents, both of whom had garage doors installed by Aurora Overhead Door in the last few years. Jason helped us chose a door that would complement our new home aesthetic and made a site visit to ensure our framing was accurate. We couldn’t be happier with how the installation went. Jason and his team definitely go the extra mile!

After reviewing many garage door companies in my area, all of them had great sales people, I decided on Aurora. They had a different type of door, it was the perfect colour for my home, and the price was good. Aurora said they would do their best to get the doors replaced before I had to travel out of town, and they did an amazing job. The installer was Marty, and he was awesome, and another guy came the following day to do some aluminum capping. The end results are so good. Thank you to everyone at Aurora :)

Top notch amazing customer service. Long story short, Ian saved me from making some bad DIY decisions, and did it the next day at very little cost to me. My garage door is humming again and I'm so glad it was an easy fix. Both Ian, who had come to assess the issue, and Dylan (I think that was his name?) who came to do the repair were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I've had a number of occasions over the past 10 years or so where i needed their services. From simple maintenance to a complete door replacement. Every experience has been very positive. Most recently Jason was out within a couple of hours of my initial call and Mike did a great job on the installation. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with here. Super responsive and great value.

Great customer service from Alex. Purchased a complete door set from them and they were very professional and helpful. Great price asvwell. Would definitely recommend them
