Had a wonderful experience at the Aurora Home Hardware that I feel obligated to share. I had a rather difficult plumbing issue that eluded staff at Home Depot, Rona, Lowe’s and even plumbing specialty outlets. Driving along Wellington we thought may as well give Home Hardware a try. We were directed to speak with Bob in the plumbing department. He was very patient and helpful and determined to find a solution; and he did! Bob’s vast knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction was superb and is greatly appreciated! We will definitely be heading to Home Hardware first for future issues and renovation guidance. And directly to Bob for plumbing advice!

SUPPORTING SMALLER STORE we shopped here to support our local hardware store, rather than always going to the big box giants. We ordered online but, when we arrived, they couldn’t find our fulfilled order, so our Curbside pick up took longer than we expected. They came back to the van three times. They remained calm and helpful, although we were irritated. Still, a good store that is local with lotsa variety and good advice. We will overlook this incident as an anomaly.
