If I could give this store a zero I would. I went in about ten years ago and was made to feel like I was barging into a private home. I was stared at the entire time I was in the store and didn’t even get a hello when I arrived. More recently, I decided to give them another chance. I went to their website to see if they were even open during all this Covid mess only to find that their website hasn’t been updated in over 3 years. I emailed and got the information in about 3 days. However, because they are only allowing 2 customers in the store at a time(totally reasonable), I can’t shop in store. I have 2 small children. I explained what I needed and got a response that there were 2 possibilities in stock. I then asked her to send me a couple of pictures of those options so I could choose. No response for over a week so I called with the same request. It’s been over a month with no response. I gave up and went to Amazon. So much for supporting local.
