I had a great experience! I was both dropping items off and making a purchase. The store is well organized and clean. It was very easy to find specific items that you are looking for. The prices were very reasonable too. Definitely a positive experience all around!!

This store is great!! The fashion pieces are nicely curated to include only high-quality pieces that are gently used and current. The owner is very helpful when you need assistance finding something specific. (Contrary to another reviewer, I have used debit on multiple occasions for purchases under 60.)

Not a very Chi like place. The woman who works in this store yelled loudly across the store at me in front of other clients. There was a lingerie rack at the back of the store placed quite near where her work room is. The work room door was wide opened. When I approached the lingerie rack to browse, the sales lady yelled loudly at me from across the store. Excuse me Excuse me where do you think you are going? I was only going yo look at the lingerie rack. If she does not want people to enter that room or she is so terrified they will go in kindly shut the door or rope off the room. I have very bad anxiety I don't go out much because of it. It is because of people like her I do not go out much.

I was treated very rudely by one of the workers because I wasn't aware that they do not accept debit/credit cards if the purchase is under 60. Her reasoning behind this was that credit card companies take out too much money from her pocket, but assuming that the rate is 3%, that would have only been a 0.45 loss. The other worker was very kind and offered to pay for the pants for me, but then the rude worker was rude to her coworker too. She was extremely condescending. Since I didn't have any cash on me, the rude worker's first suggestion was that I go get a cash advance. I think that is a bit ridiculous to do just for wanting a 15 pair of pants. There are no signs posted about the no credit cards if under 60 thing. I do not recommend unless you want to be treated like garbage.
