My experience here was wonderful. I got in very quickly to see a specialist, they were friendly and attentive when I came in. All my questions were answered and the sleeper plugs I ordered work better than I could have hoped. Far exceeded my expectations. Blocks all the noise of the traffic and comfy to sleep in. No adjustments were necessary. I wish I’d gotten them years ago. Really Great experience overall.

I was fitted for custom plugs on January 8th. I got a call a week later to come pick them up. They were useless, putting my fingers in my ears blocked sound better. They said they would send them out to tweek the size. I got a call 2 weeks later in which I was told they had lost my ear impression and it would need to be redone. I went for the second impression and got a call a week later that the new ones were ready. When I tried them they wouldn't fit in my ears. Almost 7 weeks had past between my first appointment and my last one. I asked for and was issued a refund. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Proceed with caution! I brought my 12 year old son in for a hearing test after he had experienced a sudden, decline in his hearing, never an indication previously that there was any issues or concerns with his hearing. The test results indicated a mild hearing loss. The technician immediately started talking about hearing aids that I could purchase through her. I said I would follow up with my GP in hopes of getting an ENT referral before making any decisions. Keep in mind, my son's hearing decline was sudden and unexplained. She told me he had likely been \suffering \ with the loss for sometime. He absolutely has not been. I spoke to my doctor, and he was provided a referral to the audiology clinic at the children's hospital. We went for a hearing test today. His results are ALL NORMAL!!! No issue at all. His symptoms are likely the result of an infection that will resolve themselves. He is awaiting an ENT appointment to confirm. It is sad when health and wellness is turned in business!!

A great clinic with amazing staff. They are kind, caring, efficient, professional, and treat their clients like their own family members. If I could give a higher rating I would. I would highly encourage anyone to use their services.
