Brought my 2017 Seadoo to AudioJax for a custom stereo install and Jack was so awesome to deal with and was super excited to work on my unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great work and good communication. He has done a excellent job in fiberglass work to mount a shallow 10\ subwoofer into what used to be a 8\ factory sub woofer enclosure in a 2003 Lincoln Aviator.

Horrible communication and customer service. Postponed my appointments on four different occasions. Im sure he does good work but his time management is poor and very unreliable. I called him on his given times, so there is no excuse.
