Audio Pro hit it out of the park. Fantastic service, fantastic price, fantastic atmosphere. Someone tried to steal my truck, the next morning I decided I needed to up my security. Audio Pro staff were professional on the phone answering all of my questions, they took me in right away, and went above and beyond for me. Not only did they do a professional job hooking up all of the new products, they cleaned up the wiring mess from the last guy, fixed cosmetics, and gave me a in depth walk through of all my new functions. 10/10 this is where you want to take your vehicle. Thank you!

This was my 1st visit to this shop for a remote starter. On December 16, I had called another company but they could not get me in until February 25! After speaking with Ryan at Audio Pros, I made an appt. When I arrived yesterday, they were friendly/professional and very Covid conscious, wearing masks, wiped down the payment machine before & after I used it. They verbally said that the starter had a Lifetime Warranty. Noting it was not written on the invoice, Ryan immediately edited my invoice to include the Lifetime Warranty and reprinted. I definitely would recommend Audio Pros.
