My experience here at York Audi was nothing short of amazing. Joseph and the team really took care of me from beginning to end, and ensured that I drove away happy in my new Audi. So this was the first time in my life that I opted to purchase a luxury car. Its a little intimidating going from a 2010 Ford Focus to a 2019 Audi A5 Sportback. I did my research prior and was super excited when I set up my test drive appointment at the new dealership on Dufferin St. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joseph. He was great, super informative and knew his stuff really well. I also appreciate the patience from Joseph, I came to see a specific model but was also curious of the other vehicles. He pointed out major differences between them or similarities. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend having a look at this new dealership and visiting their showroom.
Absolutely gorgeous new store. I was terrified going in to be harassed and pressured but my appointment was with Joseph and he was totally easy to deal with and normal. Im so happy about Audi finally being in this area and I can’t wait to drive off in my new car!
