The only reason I am giving 3 starts is that the owner doesn’t value customers enough. So which results is poor customer satisfaction. I had an incident where I was talking to a representative and the manager called the representative in between our conversation just to laugh and chat with him and left me stranded. You won’t receive the actual Audi experience from here unfortunately. The service department is really good and if you want to buy a car from there straight up ask for Rogers Haynes and you will have a great service.

I never do this. But for anyone who is saving up, planning for their big purchase, or wanting to buy their dream car, I would like to advise you on my beyond poor experience with Sudbury Audi. I originally contacted Audi Sudbury in May 2020. At that time, I was notified by my customer service rep that I required a new turbocharger but the part was on backorder because of COVID-19, however, it was covered under my extended warranty. I had been told on four different occasions that the part was on backorder because of covid from May - October. As someone who has worked in customer service during COVID-19, I completely understood these uncertain times. I checked in with Audi Sudbury periodically for updates, and as a customer I was expecting a transparent response. I finally heard back from a different customer service rep in February, he informed me that my warranty doesn’t even cover a new turbo, they only rebuild. And it will cost me nearly 3000 for a new turbocharger. To put it simply, what I have realized is that no one ever followed up with my warranty. Not once after all those messages. The have taken ZERO accountability for completely dropping the ball on me and my vehicle this past year. This dealership mislead me for months, I was a ideal customer, sitting here not putting up a fuss because I genuinely thought COVID was the issue, and I get screwed because of their incompetent staff. To put things kindly, I will purchase a skateboard before I ever deal with Sudbury Audi again.
These people are thieves. Had my car diagnosed twice and charged me over 1000 dollars to not fix it. I highly recommend to never take your Audi into there shop.
Loved my experience at Audi Sudbury. Friendly staff. Buying a vehicle was a breeze. Servicing do far has been fantastic.
Me and my husband give kudos to Jordan. Great experience each time, very efficient and accommodating, explains things very well. Excellent customer service skills! Always satisfied with responses, confident in their service department. Went out of their way to see us with no appointment, for what was really a non-issue in end; but was great that they did so!
I brought my wife's Q5 in a couple of times for service. It's a bit of a trek for me since I live 3 hours away. Service has always been great and the staff friendly. Last time, Jordan was extremely helpful by arranging a rental vehicle for me while I was in Sudbury. Even got me a better rate. Definitely went beyond expectations.
