Honestly this is the BEST dealership in all of Toronto. It’s gorgeous inside out and the inventory has tons of cars. Simon helped me out and when I say Go to Simon, just trust me. He is an amazing sales person and majority of the salesman like to rip you off, however Simon actually cares and works with whatever is in your interest. I Love my new purchase and everything went so smooth, Simon even gave me a cute little souvenir. I love it!!! Thank you so much Audi and Simon, you earned a loyal customer.

Phil Gordon helped me lease a 2019 Q7 (in March 2020- I tried to write this review then, and google wouldn't let me), and I honestly can't say enough about this guy. He was so professional, helpful, friendly and most importantly, hard working. He got me everything I wanted, and more- and I was fairly particular about some of the features and requests; he was incredibly patient and accommodating about the whole deal. He definitely did his homework, and what he got me was a better car, better colour, better package, and a better leasing deal than what I had initially wanted! Phil really sold me on Audi, to the point where, when Phil retires, I'm going to have to stop driving. If your at Midtown, ask for Phil.

Great Dealership... all pro. Service guys explain what’s going on , so there are no surprises. I’ve got 300 k on my Q7 and it still runs like a charm . You may pay a little more than the corner garages but there is comfort knowing they look after you with all the hi tech equipment they utilize. Give you a free car wash too!

Recently bought my car at this location. Marti was great to deal with and the car was everything and more he described. We had a mild misunderstanding on some details and he was all over it to help correct. The way a company deals with situations shows the dedication to its customers and Midtown Audi gets a top grade.
