I had been coming here for over ten years... the service had been fantastic until about 2 years ago. The wait time has now become ridiculous and the attitude of the female workers has been disgraceful. As of today, a customer I will no longer be. Not even apologetic in tone... an attitude of easy come easy go. Very cocky on her part today and sarcastic. Disheartened by her holier than you attitude. Where are ya Harvey! I think your presence is needed in the office again.
