I visited recently with my toddler. Our experience was all around fantastic. It can be quite unnerving for a child to sit in the box and have their ears prodded by strangers wearing unusual equipment --but, the team did an amazing job keeping things light and friendly for my little guy. They introduced themselves to him, gestured playfully and even offered some toys to keep him cool and collected. They went above and beyond to care for him. They identified a problem, provided a solution and treated him appropriately. At the end of it all, they gave him a generous gift to take home. We will certainly return. I would highly recommend Auburn & Mountain Hearing Centres - Stoney Creek for their quality and compassionate care.
