The staff was very punctual, and transparent about the services and costs. They came when they were supposed and finished in time. To be honest, I had called a big name chain rooter company, and they not only kept on changing times for appointment, but their phones were manned by call centers who had no idea of their availability. I called Atre Drain and Plumbing in December 2020 regarding a drain pipe leak from a bathroom sink. Alex responded the same day and was very professional. He replaced the damaged pipe in an hour at a reasonable price. He wore booties and left the work area clean. More important, he did exceptional work and gave me peace of mind. Thank you Alex!
