I was a loyal customer for years, but recently their customer service has went way downhill. Had an appointment in August at 8 am, they didn't look at my vehicle until late in the day. Like most people I rely on my vehicle to get me to work and expect them to deliver on time. I gave them a second chance today, again without my vehicle all day and at 3:40 pm someone has the nerve to call and say they can't reproduce a problem I never said I had. So now I have my vehicle back unfixed and no explanation as to why or what is wrong with it.

This is an awesome place. The people are great and the guy at the desk was great. Got winter tires put on at an excellent price one of the best in the city and speedy service. Felt like they were very honest and gave me faith that as a woman I wasn't being taken advantage of. Would highly recommend.
Needed an alignment done this morning and called everyone in a 5km radius of this place and Atomic came out being the cheapest and the quickest to get me in. Daryl at the reception was professional and understanding in my needs and by nature made sure my experience was pleasant. Kyle the technician was great and he explained everything to me in laymen's terms. Will use them again.
They got me in to find out what was wrong with my car with in 20 mins. They also got my car fixed in the same day it was amazing work done. I am severely satisfied with this place and its quickness. They even found me a cheaper priced part for me since I was on a budget.

Was driving near your location and realized I had a flat. I pulled in thinking to try putting in air. Went in the reception area and asked if you had a air compressor. There was a lady and a gentleman present. They took a look at each other and the man replied "Yeah but everyone is on lunch and took a bite of his pizza. #1 it was rude as there was no apology in is voice and #2 is that the way you treat all your customers??
Best price gas in Saskatoon, fantastic and friendly staff and the usual temptations of high quality junk food. And a consistently working car wash, one of the amazing wonders of the city.
