My violin bridge was broken. I came in on August 11 to get it repaired. I wanted to support a local business and I completely REGRET IT. I was told that the bridge replacement order will be placed on the Monday (August 13). I didn't hear back from them at any point about the progress on the repairs. So I called in. I was told that \the guy\ will call me, we never connected. Whoever picks up the phone tells me that the \order has been placed.\ Time goes by, no call. So I call in again. What i am told is that shipping is taking longer than usual from the manufacturer that they ordered from. It is not September. I call in and am told the same thing. It is October. I am told the same thing. It is November. I call in and am told \the guy\ will call me. We have been playing phone tag, and this \guy\ would never leave a voicemail. I find out today that \the guy can't find the the bridge size\ (full size) and the suggestion was that I can go find one, buy it, and have him do the repairs. Why would I want your services after all of this? DO NOT come here. The staff do not communicate to each other, they will LIE to you repeatedly on the phone, this \guy\ clearly does not have a name or does not exist, and they clearly do not value your time as a customer. Go any where else if you wanted to be treated with honesty, respect, and integrity. Do not give these people the benefit of the doubt.

I am here to purchase one of your Fender Squire guitars and amp. I already researched and I was ready to pay your price . While I was waiting I read your reviews, how sad that you remain in business. 2pm Thursday and no one here, store closed, Long and McQuade here I come . I will pay less and get great service. Too bad we will never meet ! I have 4 grandchildren that need instruments and lessons. Wanted to do business locally, bye bye bye to you. Gary

I've been a regular customer and student of this shop for years. It's a rather small and low-key shop filled with musical vibes. The \boss\ himself may be a somewhat casual-looking man but he surely is an experienced and dedicated music professional. I would strongly recommend anyone who seeks to take lessons or purchase supplies to pay a visit and make an impression of your own. After moving to a different city far away, I found it to be extremely difficult to find another music store that provides same level of quality personalized service and supports. You can ask the \boss\ anything from playing techniques, ordering equipment to technical supports and get on-point professional suggestions and answers. As I’m progressing in playing and exploring my musical journey, from time to time I still message and bother him with questions I have, and the man has always pointed me to new unexplored territories that are invaluable. He never disappoints. The shop itself is located on the second floor of the Crystal Mall. Walk along the circular hallway and you'll find it with ease.
