Went to this convenience store to collect a parcel that had been dropped off. They were all piled in the back and I just had to go through them in my own - I could easily have taken someone else’s package too. Went up to the desk, took the guy quite a while to acknowledge me as he was on his phone. And then he helped the person behind me first anyways. When he did help me, all he did was look at the package and my slip and he let me leave, didn’t check my ID at all even though the slip says it’s required. I would never go back.
