Bought a used 2017 MDX last in August 2020. Very nice car. The young man Matthew did a great job. Will go back again for our next vehicle.
My (3) year old TLX was no longer reliably re-starting from "auto-stop" so I booked an appointment expecting a pro-rated charge for battery replacement. I was right, the battery failed, and after a battery replacement, software update, overall checkout and car wash, the total charge: 0.00. What an unexpected surprise, clearly going above and beyond the defined warranty coverage. Exceptional service and much appreciated.
