Great service! Small family owned shop that's run by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly gentleman who took the time to answer all my questions. In addition, he educated me on my wood stove, sharing information that I was unaware of. I went in for a glass gasket and I came away with much more in terms of understanding. I won't hesitate to return.

Breath of fresh air. Got lucky, he had the part I need and on a Saturday morning. Quickly returned my phone call and it was sorted inb5 minutes of effort after spending 2 weeks farting around with Sunworks in Hawkesbury. In my opinion Brian was not respectful in person but I can look past that.

We had a fireplace installed several years ago by this company...all certified as well. Several years later, doing renovations, we discover some of the sloppiest work...brackets not secured, insulation removed....just ridiculous given the cost of over 500 for the installation alone. And no...when you were located at Boundry and Marleau...you sold fireplaces...and fyi..we also purchased an Enviro Mini pellet stove from your business as well. As stated....poor installation and certification. I have advised our insurance company of details.
