Really satisfied experience with ATI. I believe it's been always a headache when it comes to truck repair. But I feel so fortuned to have ATI on my back to do all my maintenance and repair jobs. The price is reasonable with the high-quality work and the customer services are bonuses. The guys in ATI know what they are doing and always take initiatives in putting customer's concerns and needs as priority. My truck got hit and run. The side of box was scratched and some parts were teared off. The pic is after the repair. You will not think this is a repaired box. I will recommend my friends about ATI. Friendly and very knowledgeable. They did what 4 other shops either refused to look at or were incapable of fixing. I only wish I had found ATI first . The BEST truck repair place in the greater Vancouver region.

I have left the truck in the shop for alignment, service advisor told me the tires are bad and I have to decide whether to authorize the alignment or not. I said just go ahead for the alignment. I have never advised to do the diagnostics what is causing the bad alignment. These guys send the invoice showing: no alignment has been performed due to bad tires and we are charging the the labor for diagnostics. When I left the truck for alignment and shop can see the tires are bad and why shop has not called to get authorization for the diagnostics from me? I have authorize for ALIGNMENT not DIAGNOSTICS. If you guys have told me the you are not going to do alignment I have never left the truck at shop. You guys ripped me off and I have wasted 131.53 CAD for diagnostics which has not been authorized by me. The body shop for ICBC claims is very good but the Service advisor Eric, he ripped me off. This is the worse service from Service. I have to pay this money to you for what has not been authorized by me. But this service is the worse service I ever had in my life. Never recommend for wheel alignment. They do not even give guarantee for 3-4 days of the alignment service. Not a good shop for wheel alignment.
