As someone who suffers from Celiac Disease, it's extremely frustrating the little amount of gluten-free products available at the Atholville, NB location. There's 1 small rack that has bread, bagels & muffins. At max they can fit 8 loaves of bread (stacked) that's how small the racks are. 2 isles of wraps but only 1 section for gluten-free wraps. Would love to see more GF products available to those of us with immune system disorders!

The customer service is mediocre at the best of times. Even before COVID it was bad... Some staff are amazing but most aren't helpful or are rude.

I purchased a poster photo online in march. I've since been to the store and called the store more than a dozen times. Nobody knows where my photo is, whether it was printed or not, what happened to it and nobody seems to be able to pull up the order to print it. For 2 months they keep telling me the girl is in on Thursdays to print photos and to check back then. I've spoken with managers who never called me back. I've made multiple calls to the 800 numbers provided. I've been told it was being escalated but nothing came of that. I've been given other numbers to call only to get stuck on the phone prompts with no way to go further or speak to a person. I was eventually told to come in to the store with my order number and credit card to get a refund only to be told I need a store receipt. I explained I didn't have one because I ordered online and only had the email confirmations. She told me condescendingly to take my time and look for the receipt in my purse and that's she'd be back. I ended up leaving and calling the 800 number who again gave me another number to call. Today I went through the same routine again. I was transferred 3 times and the 3rd time the message said that the number nolonger exists, said thank you for calling and good bye and disconnected the call. I called the store again and managed to get through to someone named Denise who actually seemed concerned and I'm waiting to hear back from her after she speaks to another manager. I'm just fed up dealing with this, it's 1 picture. I paid 29 for it and nobody knows a damn thing about it. I will never be using walmart photocenter again and I'm not too impressed with the staff at this particular location with the exception of Denise. She seemed genuinely concerned.
