Very pleased with the service they provide. I run small construction business and they help me with getting all my building supplies and equipment imported. their working hours as per web info are 8-5, BUT, no answer whatsoever on phone or email after 8 AM. agents are not helping with info at all., sound like amature working from home...
Worst broker ever. Dont answer phone dont call back. Absolutely no help to driver stuck at border
