August 9, 2020 Val Garding We love Haddy and Aspen. They have always been amazing. Haddy pulled snakes out of our pond pump twice, free! They did an amazing job on the pond and yard, no matter what we needed. This spring we were unable to hire him, and boy am I sorry! You don't realize how much difference it makes till you try to do it alone!
These guys were great. Fixed up all 40 of my sprinkler heads which had been installed incorrectly last year by someone else. Extended my sprinkler system into a 2nd zone without asking me to make a 2nd appt because I had not initially requested this, arrived on time exactly, were really polite and hard working... I could not have asked for more. I had asked them to blow out my sprinkler last year - the first year I had had the sprinklers for my 30 new cedars and rose bushes, having found them on Chrome and having chosen them because they were local. They were good then too - fast and reasonably-priced. I decided then to ask them back this spring and boy am I ever glad I did.
I have a vacation property near Kelowna and I use Aspen to maintain it when I’m not there. The staff have always been friendly and the quoting process was smooth. They actually showed up as scheduled and George was transparent and thorough. What I love most about this company is that they communicate well. Since I’m mostly absent I need someone who’s going to actually respond to me and these guys are quick to do so.
