I was concerned about a package from Amazon so I emailed ASL's contact info. Within 1/2 an hour a women named Heather Livingston emailed me back. She was so understanding, professional & helpful. She arranged to have my packages delivered the following day. I received them first thing today ( Saturday ). Heather went out of her way to accommodate my wishes. I was highly impressed with the ease that Heather made everything happen. It was so refreshing to speak to someone kind & helpful. Thanks Heather Victoria

If I could I would leave 0 stars, ordered from amazon, suppose to come yesterday - no show, tracking not working - just watch - reply will be generic \copy & paste\, shame o the company, shame on Amazon by choosing them. This was PRIME purchase, I suppose to receive it on Sept 1, now they say 2nd, byt at the same time they tell me to wait till 8th - disgusting! There is a reason why I pay for prime

After reading other reviews I am going to sound like a broken record. I don't know why Amazon continues to use ASL. They have lost a few of our packages and other packages their tracking has said delivered but package has not arrived until 2 days later. Our latest package we got a notice saying it was delivered at noon, but on Amazon tracking it says it was delivered at 5:30 pm. which is 5 hours after the actual time. I have a lock box out front and my shipping address on the first line says \DO NOT LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR. LEAVE IN LOCK BOX OR SIDE DOOR\. Almost always packages are left at front door. It would be nice to know when the package actually arrives instead of trying to guess when the package arrives and where it is.

For the first time Amazon shipped my order through ASL and I am left wondering how ASL stripped me of having any hope for humanity. From the beginning the tracking number did not work, the delivery window was gigantic compared to their competitors who deliver within 24-hours, I could not get ahold of anyone when I tried to call, there was no communication of the delivery, the delivery was late, the deliver person did not make any attempt to knock or put the item in a safe place. Pretty clear \best managed company\ was bought and not earned. Will avoid at all costs going forward.

Packages (2 completely separate ordered) arrived in my small town Sunday. Amazon finally has contacted ASL They said it may be lost in the warehouse here. I’d love to know where this big warehouse is, I’ve lived here for 15 years and never seen it. Strange on Facebook marketplace for the same area the next day I see a new post for Amazon surprise packages for sale for 10....
