My partner and I are really happy with our visit to Ashley Home Store. The showroom is exceptional and the staff are informative but not pushy. They carry many different styles if furniture, and they seem to have really good promotions on in store. We were able to get 20% off the couch that we loved. Overall, we had a great experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore. The quality products and the helpful staff certainly left an impression on us. We’ll definitely be back!

The quality of Ashley furniture is terrible but in the store, one would never know that.. thankfully we polled our friends and family who have bought Ashley before so we wouldn't have to find out first hand... Robbie was a really good sales person and we actually were going to buy this couch just to give her a sale because she was so nice, personable and straight forward... too bad we found out the truth first.

I’m excited to receive my newly purchased Sofa, chair and coffee table. Excellent customer. We returned the next day to purchase the furniture we wanted and Tom was available to help us out. He put the order through very quickly and we were out of the store within 20 minutes. Would recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. We have bought there furniture in the past and returned to them as they have good quality furniture.

Got a coffee table here, pretty happy with it. Prices could be better but not the most expensive around for sure. There's definitely some good quality stuff here though

Their show room floor was full of fantastic options. I could furnish my entire house with Ashley furniture! I highly recommend, if you’re going to buy from Ashley, ask for Glen!! (This is at the Merivale/Hunt club location in Ottawa) Sales associate Glen Howse was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, professional, good natured and not at all pushy. I ended up picking a piece that was online only (I needed very specific dimensions for my weirdly shaped living room) however, I went back to see Glen in order to do this because I felt he deserved the commission for my purchase. 5 ️
