Here is my personal experience of Ashley furniture quality and customer service. After a few days purchasing this bed and being assembled by white glove staff, the bed broke. More than 3 months has passed, and they have not changed it yet. During this time the frame has collapsed 6 times, and my head injured in the last collapse. I've Never been dissatisfied with a purchase like this.

Amazing! Simply amazing! One review is not enough to express my delight with the level of service received at this store. The team comprising Sophia, Shauna, Abby, Des and the rest of the gang at Ashley was simply masters of creating a breathtakingly seamless, stress-free and rewarding shopping experience. I must say that this is my second experience with Ashley Homestore and although my first experience in Regina was awesome, this experience with Sophia and company far exceeded my expectations. Wow (I am still in awe)! The bar has now been set pretty high. Thanks again team Saskatoon.

We have always had great results with all of our purchases at Ashley HomeStore. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly and work hard to make you feel comfortable. Our latest experience (which was due to our washer calling it quits) had us walking out of the store feeling great knowing the we bought a new washer that was in our budget and was going to be even better than the one we had. I would highly recommend!

I have to say yes I have been in there store a few times more just to look never bought. but today I phone and chatted with a sales representative( Rachel ) and was amazed by her eagerness to make my buying experience the best it could be. Now I was looking just for a simple box spring for a bed, she looked up and found a price which was same as the other stores I called but with much happy energy in here voice she was sure there might be one in the clearance area, Rachel then found exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. when I went in the store to pay for the item I was met with the same positive energy as on the phone with her, Then Rachel even made my shopping experience better by saying I get another 20% off. I will be coming back to the store to buy other things in the future now for sure, I have never in my mind thought about tipping a sales person but I sure crossed my mind today. Thank you Rachel for the very positive energy .

Awesome place to buy couches! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Blessing helped me find the perfect couch in my price range! Great hours also! Only thing was delivery was horrible service. The men threw my couches out of the truck. Very rude. You can see in the photo the plastic is ripped from throwing the furniture. They dropped it while transporting it. Was not impressed.

I had an excellent experience with Curtis Myers at Ashley home store in Saskatoon. Curtis was able to answer all of my many questions and shared a ton of useful additional information. I felt like I was well informed before my decision to purchase our new sectional. And never once felt pressured or uncomfortable about the purchase. Curtis was neither over the top or underwhelming. It was infact like talking with one of our family friends. He has a comfortable and welcoming demeanor. Curtis has an ease about his sales ability that is both unthreatening and inviting. Excellent, clear and informative service without the high pressure sales. Excellent job Curtis. Five star service.

We bought a bed at Ashley two months ago. The girl at the store who sold us the bed was amazing. However, It came damaged and missing a piece. They were really good about replacing the damaged headboard but we have talked to around 10 different people on the phone and two months later we have still not received the missing piece and can not put the bed together. The communication from the customer service has been HORRIBLE. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We just want to return the bed at this point and apparently that isn't an option.

We went to several furniture places this day and our visit to Ashley Homestore was by far the most pleasant! The saleswoman who helped us was not overbearing or pushy and let us have our space! We really ended up clicking with her. Buying a furniture piece was a big deal and very exciting for us and I'm glad we chose Ashley Homestore! Thank you Rachael!!
