We were looking for a counter height dining set. Jasmine gave us great service. She was very helpful and friendly. Gave us our space to figure out what we wanted. We picked up our furniture in the Saskatoon warehouse. Great service there as well. We love our purchase. We will definitely keep Ashley furniture in mind in the future.

Update: I did receive a voice mail from Ashley letting me know that I should call them back. Interesting that the first 3 phone calls, conversation with the manager and conversation with corporate weren't enough to warrant any assistance. It would appear that this courtesy call is simply keeping up with appearances online. I will update again after my conversation with the company. Buyer beware. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and everything seemed positive. However, very poor quality and customer service. Received the item and it was damaged. After speaking with 3 different customer services reps, one who said they couldn't fix until December, decided to talk to a manager and corporate. Neither was able to give me a repair time or refund my money. They do not stand behind their product. Once they have the sale, you're on your own. I would suggest purchasing somewhere else.

Me and my wife have been looking for a couch sectional for a while now. Everyone we have seen has had some cheaply made frames or the price was ridiculous. We went to Ashley's and after looking at some of the sectionals we seen a few familiar ones. Ones that we have seen at other stores that were too expensive. We found that the other stores are actually selling Ashley Furniture for a huge mark up. So we finally agreed on a sectional we had in mind and purchased it. The guy working was great and helped with giving us all the info we needed and sold us our sectional and a matching couch for a decent price. Thx again to the team at Ashley's..

Staff are really kind and friendly. They give lots of helpful advice. It is just the African girl who helps with the financial cards is sooo mean and disrespectful. I don't know why she is even there if she talks with people like that and looks at them in disgust

I went into Ashley’s to purchase a new recliner. We were greeted by Shevon and he provided us with excellent customer service. He gave me just the right amount of freedom to shop around and enough time for any questions I had. Overall was a great experience.
