I had given this store a 5-star rating when I shopped there last summer; however, I have been treated shockingly badly since then . . . after spending over 5000 there. I bought a Whirlpool fridge/stove in November that was badly, I mean, SEVERELY, damaged by their delivery guys during delivery. Multiple witnesses, photos, etc., as they scratched their way up the stairs also breaking a newly-installed blind and scarring all the stairwell walls. (They also put dents into the stove, but that's another story). I called the store for a week, but the sales clerk pretended she was sick, on lunch, absent, well, you get the picture. Finally, the owner agreed to come and look. He tried to get me to agree to a "few dollars off" on doors that looked liked they'd been battered by knives for 5 years. I insisted on replacement doors. I waited 2 months. Nada. I phoned again Friday, when the owner, Rob, said he'd "call me Monday afternoon." No call. And, they still owe me a refund for not picking up an old fridge I pre-paid to have them remove. I won't buy here again, and now it looks like a lawsuit.
