We lived in Arbor Apartment at 124 Street for 10 months. Expect the busy streets and the noise. Good management. Zane (property manager) is very understanding, let him know for any issues and he will do his best to make resolutions.

I moved here in 2016 and got a place with Ascot Properties. I still live in one of their buildings and I find that they are amazing people. Understanding and extremely kind. As long as you keep them informed of what is going on they will work with you. I feel like I finally found the home I have been looking for forever. :)

Poor management. Makes residents under the age of 40 feel unwelcome in the building. Tries to impose rules and regulations that aren't in the lease. Would not recommend renting from this company ever.
