The home I purchased then 5 months ago. Let’s start in the kitchen the front of the cabinets are finished once you look under them from the countertop half are painted other half not. Built in not finished, no knobs to open cupboards.. poor workmanship. The painting good god a child would have done a better job. Smoke CO- detectors expired. New house detectors expired last year. My families lives I guess are not worth saving. Siding on house blew off no response from builder to repair no surprise. I will need to contact someone myself if I want it don’t correctly. Steel pipe sticking up in middle of grass front lawn. Last oct yup I will get someone out today never happened. Large hole front yard contractors never hooked up bubble box. Law suit waiting to happen when some falls and breaks and ankle. Roof was leaking I had contact someone to seal the roof vent. Basements stair half finished, appliances fridge and stove not working still waiting for my fridge to be replaced. Sliding doors hard to open and close. My advise is run. These developers are only looking for your money. My list goes on. Pictures to back up everything wrong in this house. And they say this is the million dollars neighbourhood what a joke. CKS
