AP35727 Bought an 8 foot MAZA artificial bird of paradise. Generally I would say the plant looks very realistic, especially with the real plant material added in the bottom. It deserves 5 stars, were it not for a few quality control issues that are quite blatant and make my specific plant look fake. For example, part of the metal thread is sticking out on one of the leaves. Also, one the (unfortunately very visible) leaves is printed with an offset of about an inch (see picture). Update: they called me literally a few hours after posting (on a Sunday) with multiple options on how to correct things. This shows a lot of dedication to customer satisfaction. Very impressed with the service and would buy again!

UPDATE: My initial review was 2 stars (see below). I received a call from their customer care the same day I posted the review. I really appreciated their effort to help rectify the situation. INITIAL REVIEW I bought a Bird of Paradise potted plant. For the cost, 150, I was hoping for better. When forming the leaves the wire comes out of the stems . The description says "True-to-life silk leaves, detailed mixed dried stems, and with real bark!". Mine did not have any dried stems or real bark.
I really love all the items here I ordered! The rug is beautiful and looks amazing in my office room. The artificial bouquets, so much love it It looks not artificial, perfect fit and makes more nice! And shipping time was so fast, the delivery guy was so kind and care all the items well! Lovely everything!
The customer service with ArtiPlanto is top notch. I recently placed an order for a 5ft artificial plant and cement planter after I admired a similar product on my friends Zoom background. The items were shipped instantly and at my door in Toronto within 1 day. I had a slight issue with the plant, but contacted ArtiPlanto and got a resolution that I am happy within an hour. I am super impressed with the level of customer service and would recommend ArtiPlanto to anyone. I am now excited to decorate my own Zoom background and spread the word!.
Order AP34342. Order was placed March 14. It is now Apr 5. I have a fedex tracking number but it hasn't shipped and there is no ETA given just says the order is "Pending". Normally I don't post reviews but amongst the daily spam the company suggested I do so for this purchase. As it stands, all I have received is spam. Puzzling ship status and pretty disappointing. I'll update this once it arrives (assuming it eventually will)

I received my order the following day hand delivered & upon opening I was relieved to see the quality was matching price point! Customer service was friendly & helpful.
FAFA Artificial Fiddle Leaf Plant. Is fairly realistic looking for a fake plant but nothing mind-blowing. I made the mistake of ordering the 3ft and it is very short... I regret not buying the 5ft. The 'pot' base is awkwardly small and needs a more narrow planter or infill with rock/moss to avoid that empty floating look. I will purchase a raised planter to give it more height in the space. Regular price is 195.00 bought on-sale for 136.50 tax/fees (154.25)... in my opinion the price point is high for value... Shipping was fast within 2-days! Overall 4/5.
