I've needed a chute to replace an older one for several years. I have had my eye on the Arrowquip since I first was able to see one in person. I used it for the first time this weekend and no doubt I made the best decision.

First of all the chute itself is one of the most solid ones we found in our quest for a cattle chute. My wife being a practicing veterinarian had very high standards when looking for a chute for our personal property. The main thing about Arrow is the thing is probably the safest chute on the market right now in her humble opinion. I have seen my wife catching cattle with a 3 year old on her hip using your chute. Over the past couple years we have had no issues compared to our neighbors who have had numerous issues with their chute. Somehow their head catch found a way to come loose and fall apart while working cattle! I can not express how amazed I am every time we work cattle that Arrow has provided a product that I believe will stand the test of time

Neighbors, friends, and customers asked us if the budflow was really worth so much more than a traditional sweep. The other argument was I can build a bud box out of panels cheaper. I don’t contest that. However, the budflow works with the cattle’s natural flow (unlike a traditional sweep). A cheap paneled bud box is fine but if cows “get stuck” the only way to force them through is multiple people or get in the bud box (not safe). With my budflow I can safely manage the flow of cattle, work with their natural tendencies, and most importantly do it all on my own if necessary.

We replaced a brand name chute with an Arrowquip 86. The change in working our spoiled purebred cattle has been amazing. The chute is quiet, easy to use by one person and handles all sizes of cattle easily. The improvement in the experience for the cows in the biggest benefit. They move easily and quietly through the chute and it is obvious the stress level is greatly reduced. They feel secure and comfortable in this chute. It has also worked well for the times we need access to an udder for a calf to nurse, access to the neck for the much needed IV and on and on. Cannot say enough good about our 86. Best investment ever made in the cow business. Lessened the human stress as well! I am a huge fan of this chute!
