I drove 4.5 hours to get here and another 4.5 hours to get back home. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Dealing with David was wonderful. He communicated so well with me sending photos of the leather seats I was buying. after arriving Arnprior Auto, I was greeted by Travis who was extremely friendly and helpful. The seats I purchased where exactly as described if not better. Thank you to the good people at Arnprior Auto Parts you’ll always be at the top of my list whenever I need auto parts.

i own a chev silverado.. needed a front differential. im from Kingston area. found nothing local to me that same day. I came across this place. they had one ready to go. i traveled to Arnprior location and bought it!. get home installed it.. did not work. the actuator was no good and seized in place.. i was able to solve the problem myself. but it required removing this differential after i installed it. spliting the case and using half my old parts.. finally i had my 4x4 fixed.. i called the place to see how they wanted to handle it. was told i would get a return phone call from someone higher up that could deal with this isssue. Couple days later I receive a call. They were more then willing to help solve the problem.. pic is what was left of the actuator in the casing that required removing and replacement with half my old casing.. all in all I'm now very satisfied with how they helped compensate my issue. Even though it was not required on used sale. . Thank you staff at arnprior auto parts. Campbell

I'm redoing my rating for this business although I received a part that was damaged possibly in transit....the manager went out of his way to rectify this issue.He drove a new used part right to my door same day. That's customer service that I appreciate and how he took ownership and made it right ..Thank you so much .

Called to ask for parts and got rude very unprofessional gentleman that had different excuses as to why they he wouldn’t ship a part. I would definitely offer him free customer service training as he’s didn’t seem competent at his job.
