Participated in a 'blended' course, half on line and half in class. Great format. 13 First Aid communicated throughout the on line portion leading up to the in class. Quick to answer inquiries and provided valuable information. In class portion was excellently presented and offered great value to the learning experience. Kudos to Jackie for engaging the group for the entire class portion.

Recertifying for CPR every year comes fast and it can sometimes not be high on the priority list. I've enjoyed Jackie's facilitation of CPR for the past few years now and I actually don't dread having to do it! She has a way of making perfect strangers come together in a comfortable atmosphere to have a fun, interesting day. I've recently taken the Standard First Aid/CPR/AED course, and Jackie is a fantastic teacher! Very knowledgeable and thorough, while knowing how to keep it interesting and engaging. I also highly recommend the Pawramedic course she offers! I took that 2 years ago, and learned a lot of very useful information.
My experience with 13 First Aid and Safety, more specifically Jackie Stephens was incredible. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and best of all covers all necessary material and then some (the some is the extra stories or technical information that helps to create an understanding and association). After 10 years of taking CPR every year, this is the first time that it did not feel boring, unnecessarily long and painful. She has a very thorough but yet efficient way of instructing and communication that makes it enjoyable even through this covid situation. Thank you Jackie. Will seek you out for next year.
