Came in to buy a hot tub, sales rep said he would check his wait list, while checking his list, he helped a customer that walked in after us with a filter issue. He spent 10 minutes with that customer instead of dealing with us. We were tired of waiting and left.
Paid 2x for a tub because I was told the inside was life warranty turned out 5 yrs my tub has bubbles all over one cost me 300 to fix. Called manufacturer they could care less. Worst purchase I’ve ever made but wish I was told the truth. Tub was not worth 2x other tubs, if replaced the top and today find out the pump is sinking into the forever floor. Will be garbage soon - this is -5 stars
Called at 4:00 on a thursday afternoon for info on a Spa ! The person answered HELLO loudly ! I answered I am interested in a Spa , this person grumbled the person is gone for the day , call tomorrow at 10:00 and hung up! They literally missed a sale!
