Couldn't have asked for better service and advice from Archery Source. Bought a used high end compound bow from Kijiji and I needed to get it set up for me. It was my first bow and I have never experienced archery. Was going to go to the Wolf's Den to get it set up, but decided to go to Archery Source, after speaking to Jason on the phone. Jason was sincere and caring, knowledgeable, thorough of what needed to be done, and informed me of the cost. In other words, I felt comfortable taking it here, and knew there would be no surprises at Archery Source Canada. After Jason set me up, he put me on the range, and then he fine tuned my bow. He gave me much insight and advice on the fundamentals of archery and maintaining my bow. I was essentially given my first lesson on the range, which was awesome! I was very satisfied when I left and am confident my bow has been serviced by first rate technicians, who were very knowledgeable. Surprisingly, the owner also worked on it too! In addition, the atmosphere there was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff and patrons were all very friendly. I definitely give a thumbs-up and recommend this place to all that need advice or insight, their bow serviced, or a range to shoot.
A diamond in the rough; this place is fantastic. We weren't sure what to expect walking through the doors, but we were met by a friendly, knowledgeable team. They will fit you with the right equipment and will even give you a lesson before you head out. 100%. recommended!!
Whether you're a bow hunter or target shooter, you need to check this place out! Fantastic shooting lanes, really impressive bow and accessories inventory, in addition to on-site repairs---often completed while you wait!! The absolute best thing about Archery Source Canada however, are their customer-focused employees. Spend ten minutes there, they'll make you feel like family.
THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Really easy to talk to, new exactly what I meant, when I called and asked about my Deep six arrows not working with inserts. IMMEDIATLY they said "so you got them from BASS PRO". (yes I did) Bass pro apparently has a bad record for getting these arrows wrong. Repair looked hard, but they took good care not to ruin the shaft. It was about a 30min repair, but well worth the wait. The moment I walked in they where very inviting. Sana was super friendly, offered me a coffee, so I wouldn't have to wait boredly. Good coffee by the way. Talked about hunting stories and good old days. NICE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. All employees are well knowledgeable. They have an indoor range and a huge selection, will be buying more from Archery Source and buy a membership.
Very knowledgeable and flexible. When I asked for a sight I had one in mind that I really wanted and thought would suit me. After talking to them they recommended something they felt was better suited for my application(single pin w/dial vs a highly adjustable 5 pin) feeling like I knew best I took to the internet to reassure myself on my decision and what do you know they were right. Not only were they right about what I needed the product they recommended was cheaper. There are plenty of places that would just take your money and be done but the workers here prioritized customer satisfaction over profit from customer. Not to mention while picking up the item I saw workers going non-stop trying to fill orders going out as well as equipment being set up. They must have built and tuned 5 bows as well as packed and prepped a half dozen for shipping. Not trying to discredit other customers experience but they worked their butts off to get orders out. When the time comes and I decide to upgrade I will be coming back knowing that I will be receiving the best service possible.
Megan, Sana, and Jason did an amazing job with tuning up a second hand bow and fitting the arrows. Amazing customer service, neat indoor range, and great coaching.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy archery equipment!!! I am beyond impressed by the service and care that each member of their team -including the owner - took with us. As first time bow buyers i wasn’t sure if I would be up sold but that was not the case! They worked with our budget and Even taught me how to use the bow as well as care for it! I can not thank them enough!! I am so happy with my new bow and I will be back. Very very happy with my purchase and experience
