Beware of this scammer!!!! Total miscommunication while taking the order. Completed half of the job and than argued that I did not order the rest. I then completed the rest of the job. He then goes, puts 2 screws in and charges my credit card without authorization!!! Total FRAUD! Beware of this scammer! Take a look how the \complete\ job looked like according to Ray. One downspout becomes 2 feet shorter, and the other one is loose on the wall. More to that: he charged my CC for completed job on 11/06/2017 and 11/10/2017. He only done this part of the job on 11/19/2017! STAY AWAY!

I dealt with Ray. Nice guy, but he is too busy and sometimes he is not able to handle things properly. He definitely needs an assistant. Be very specific and crystal clear on financials, not because he cheats, because he is too busy and may not remember all verbal discussions. Job was done in a timely manner. They also did an awesome job on cleaning the mess and the nails.
Arcamm pulled us out of the fire at a time when we were really in need of help. Our roof was leaking and we were starting to see leakage on the inside of our home. The best commitments we could get from the competitors were 4 to 8 weeks minimum. Ray took the time to evaluate the situation and managed to reshuffle his schedule and fit us in within 2 days. Ray and his team were very professional and did an excellent job on our new roof. They cleaned the entire area after the job and did a follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company for their workmanship, knowledge of the business and honesty. Last but certainly not least was their very competitive pricing.
