Great place. Customer service is fantastic. I've been here three times, once for a birthday party and twice just to give the kids a place to let loose. The people are always extremely helpful and very aware of how well everyone is doing. They will make a point to explain anything which might be questioned. They make sure your child gets every single minute you paid for. Since I typically being about four kids with me, the cost gets up there and the age range can make things difficult. However, they sort them out, keep them moving with no frustration and always offer me coffee. Honestly can't say anything bad about this place. The kids range from 6 to 11 and there are many games to for all styles. Even when I though having to much choice was going to be a barrier, it wasn't. The staff jumped right in with recommendations and zero down time between decisions. So far I've only done the hour sessions. It seems like the perfect amount of time for all the kids. Highly recommend.

I didn't even play. I just brought my boys there. They had a blast and the staff was so good with my two kids. 12 and 10 They were patient and kind and helpful. Honestly a great experience. Highly recommend this vr spot over others around the city.

I can't believe how much fun we had. This is a little tucked away gem in Kelowna. Bring friends so you can interact with them during virtual reality. We laughed the entire time we were there. Thanks Arcadia!
