We called around to different vets trying to find an exotic vet for our reptiles. We chose to come here because the people we spoke to on the phone were so nice and were able to answer our questions and advise us. We were able to bring our ball python here and the staff was so compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible and patient. They took the time to explain and demonstrate the procedure for the prescribed treatment so that we could treat him at home. The doctor explained everything to us, was very thorough and went above and beyond. They did not do any unnecessary treatments and advised us based on the best option for the health of our animal and not solely to make money. The nurse was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. I would feel very comfortable to bring any one of our reptiles here, and any other of my animals for these reasons. I would gladly recommend this veterinary clinic and would give them 10 stars if I could.

I love this place! I was met with excellent customer service, I handed my baby to a very empathetic tech and spoke at length with the vet. I am totally satisfied! The cost was more than reasonable! This is my Theodore in his electric blankie. Lol

The reason for this one star is because when I called in at the time for my 4 month old cat for a check up and to book an appointment for a neuter they told me that they couldn't book the neuter until they do a blood test, I said okay. So the appointment comes month later and then tells me that the appointment for his neuter wouldnt be for another month. At that point he would have been 6 months old and at that point they spray and when I stated that he would be 6 months by that point and he could spray in my house and they said \yep\ and walked away. So the caution I had to make sure he doesn't spray was a hassle ( he ended up spraying ) and I had to call else where that would take me. Now if they would have just booked a neuter when I asked for one this wouldn't have been a hassle. I'm sure it's pretty easy to cancel an appointment then having to deal with your beloved animal at home worried if he is going to mark his place somewhere within your house... Just wish they took into consideration that my cat was 4 months old when I first called and at least could have told me if there was a wait time for how long the neuter was if it was going to be that long of a wait.

I took my ball python and the attention was amazing! They even provided more medications than needed in case I had some problems with the aftercare for my Monty, amazing experience! Very recommended for those with pets that require special attention!

Nj and Bonnie are literally the best! Great staff here they really care. And Bonnie especially takes the time to listen and answer all questions (I’m a very anxious dog/cat/bunny mom) and she explains prices procedures and what’s the best options based on what your looking for. I would highly recommend. My bunny got neutered here they did an excellent job (Nj) and took care of my bun afterwards.
