We've been eager to register our children for swimming lessons with Aquatics Academy but the details of your waiver of liability make us feel extremely uncomfortable. Do you really think that it is appropriate to cause harm to a child as a result of YOUR negligence and not be held accountable for it??? It's infuriating!
