We are new to the Aquatics Academy. It is an Excellent facility with wonderful friendly instructors who are very accommodating. Very efficient online registration system and reasonably priced option as compared to crowded city programs. I like the one on one attention my son gets and the full 45 minute sessions. His instructor Emily is amazing...so vibrant, caring, accommodating and helpful. Thank you Aquatics Academy for making my son look forward to his swim lessons️
We enrolled online our child on August 5th, after my wife called the school and was told to do that. They returned 8 days later saying the time we chose is no longer available ( it was on the day I registered online, and gave all the payment info they required). The online register is too long, confusing and the person I spoke twice is very rude, impatient and does not like to explain how the school and registration works.
It seems to be excellent.
