I ordered a 38-gallon aquarium that had to be back-ordered. The store got it fairly quickly (a week), and while I needed to be a little proactive to find out if it was ready for pickup, Hussain was very prompt responding to my emails, and when I picked it up, the gentleman in the store was extremely friendly and helpful. This store is a little far from my usual (Toronto) shopping radius to become my go-to, but especially for tanks of unusual size, this definitely seems like the place to go for hardware and dry goods. Beautiful coral tanks in-store too!

Finally a proper reef shop in the East end. Clean and beautiful shop well stocked with quality products and live stock. Can't wait to see what else is in store

These folks know the marine aquarium business and are very happy to share their expertise. I've had at least 2 instances where I'd say they've gone above and beyond "totally satisfactory". All others have been very good too. I always regard a retailer that talks me out of buying something as being notable for their dedication to being honest and straight-up, rather than simply going for the sale. These guys are straight-up. Their online order and curbside pickup, during COVID frestrictions, are very satisfactory as well.
